For everyday use, simply allow your mat to air out after your practice.

After a particularly sweaty or messy workout, or whenever you notice marks or spots, mix a small amount of mild dish soap with water. Dampen a soft cloth with the solution and wipe the surface clean.

Finish with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue, then let your mat air dry completely before rolling it up.
